Leaving My Secondary School Behind

After graduating from secondary school I have a lot of time to spend with our family and friends. But mainly to myself. After finishing spm I had some work experience and gain a lot of knowledge from that, but apart from that I also went to a small Islamic learning centre to gain knowledge for my religion. A little did I know that the period of 6 month can be so fast when we are having so much fun…

During the time before going into university, I spend most of my time with my high school friends. They are not like any other friends since anything will be fine, even when I am in trouble they will always be around to look out for one and another. I cannot deny that they are quiet annoying at times but without them my smile won’t be as confident as it is right now.

Friends who brings such joy into your life is a blessing, but friends who stay and make things right for you is just truly amazing. I do not think that I deserve so much for the little period of time spending with them. But the one thing that truly unite us is sport. First when I know them is through playing football and during that time street football (futsal) are very famous among teenagers.

My futsal Team

We will go all day playing futsal and winning over local team. It is a joy because in the game there are teamwork at place and not only that you will have a mutual understanding toward each other in being able to execute the game play. Not only that, nonverbal communication will also be put into practice. For example, you do not need to plan the attacking since we all have already gain a lot of mutual understanding toward each other so that in the process of trying to score a goal we will use a lot of body language and face expression in order to deliver a result.

It is truly a joy and I have no regrets toward the time that I have had while waiting for university. Those were the time where I get to explore a lot in term of places and the type of people around us. I get to learn the society more than I could during the past 2 years. Despite that I have just settle in Malaysia after staying in the United Kingdom for almost 5 years. I have truly felt how it was to be one of them, to be a teenager in Malaysia.

In conclusion, friends does not just bring happiness and peace into your life however they can influence you to become neither good nor bad. So be careful when choosing a friend since they will determine the type of person that you will be among with. It is all up to you to choose and that is you right to do so. Lastly, be grateful because friends are one of the gifts that we have in this world.

My Everyday Style and Looks

Firstly, I am not the type of person that consider an outfit or the way I dress and style out my hair to be a priority. Although our first impression are mainly refer to what we wear and how we look, I believe that we should always know the personality and characteristic of that person first before being judgmental toward anyone. Being able to accept and love someone because of their characteristic and personality is worth so much more than loving someone because of how they look.

However, despite everything we must at least make an effort in trying to look good because it can also influence on how we behave. ‘’Look good, feel good’’, as the saying goes it really prove that what you wear can affect you as an individual and also your surroundings. Not only that, it is also a form of a good manner since wearing an appropriate clothing define your personality as well.

For me, I like to keep it simple and casual on normal day. Jeans with t-shirt or sweater is enough to put some confident in me. In some cases especially in presentation I have to keep track with the formality and that require things such as tie and tuck in long sleeves. My colour are mostly dark colours such as black or dark grey.

Furthermore, in term of hairstyle what I tend to do is just to keep it as simple as I can. Despite my long hair what I consider first is not actually the style that I execute but the softness of the hair itself. What I consider most is to never skip a shampoo day since it can make your hair smelly and you yourself will feel uncomfortable throughout all day. So keep that in mind and always remind yourself to wash your hair so that it won’t be too oily.

In addition, what I consider to be the most important factor which we all need to include in our everyday style and looks is to actually put up a smile in our face. Not only that it will improve our personality as a person but it can also be consider as a form of a good manner. Smiling will bring a positive vibe to our surrounding even though if we are happen to be in a stressful situation, smiling will actually help you to be more motivated to overcome the problem that you might face.

In conclusion, our style and looks is part can symbolise part of what we are. However, our personality is what define us as a person. Be kind to others and do not let our ego overcome us because hate will only bring us more harm. Instead just take a short break from everything and put yourself to the front. Do not forget to smile and be positive in every single way, this will help you to become more motivated in accomplishing your objectives.
