Sports that I Have Played

There are many type of sport that you can participate out there, although my personal favourites are football, athletics, and table tennis. I’m sure all of us have been exposed to some kind of sport during our primary and secondary school.

Firstly, lets talk about the most famous sports in the world. And that is football. There are a lot of benefits that you can gain from playing football and that is…

Increases Aerobic Capacity: Running -at any intensity- for 90 minutes requires a high level of stamina. Therefore, soccer players often have a tremendous amount of aerobic capacity- being able to go from walking to sprinting and have a fast recovery to do it again, and again, and again. Secondly, the famous Olympic are highlighted for it athletics group. Athletics are very good since it can teach you to be competitive in achieving your objectives. According to the National Council of Youth Sports (NCYS), there were over 40 million boys and girls participating in organized sports in 2008. With numbers like these, which continue to rise every year, it would certainly be of benefit to highlight the positives behind all this participation. This becomes especially important with the seemingly heavy media concentration on the opposing side of the fence where the negative tends to make a better news story. You can find out more at chicagonow.

Furthermore, one of my personal favorite sport which is the table tennis. As far as sport goes table tennis are one of the most delicate yet extremely fast sport. It require focus and a light hand to be able to master the sport. There are a lot of benefit which you can gain by playing the sport since it can improves hand-eye coordination and it stimulates mental alertness, concentration and tactical strategy. This makes it the perfect game for young people to sharpen reflexes, and for older people to refine tactics. Read more at healthfitness.

Lastly, I think we should embrace sport because apart from its health benefit you will also have a lot of fun by participating in it. Not only that, by playing sport you can create more friends and tighten the bond with your relationship with other people.

Work Experience While Waiting For SPM

As you know work experience are very important nowadays since there are a lot of demand in the modern world where working skills are required to be able to have a job. Since as a student after taking the SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) I had a lot of time while waiting for the result to come out, ive decided to go out there and collect a working experience since there not much things that I can do at home apart from sleeping.

The company that I went to was a computer based shop named Ketari Merah where I worked over there as a promoter and the information department. It was interesting as a whole because throughout the period of time working over there I get to meet a lot of CEO from many companies. It was good since I am able to gain knowledge by spending time with them and talking issue regarding their working experience.

KETARI MERAH

As a whole, part time job can be hard because you would have to organise your time properly so that you won’t have any clash with any other related work. However, you can learn so much because it can teach you a lot of soft skill that you can use in your future job or career.
